6 Weeks Personal Training (non-members)
Our trainers at Nemo Fitness work one on one with you to create a 6 week personalized exercise plan. Together with one of our trainers, you will discover and attain your unique fitness goals. We will not only help you lose weight, but also help you increase your strength, mobility, energy level, and balance. One on one personal training is able to give you incredible results because your workouts will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
Our trainers are here to help you every step of the way. Teaching you to use the exercise equipment at our facility, motivating you to complete your workout, weekly accountability for your health goals, and celebrating your successes!
You’ll Get:
Use of our gym facility and equipment
A dedicated trainer planning every workout
Two personalized 60 minute workouts a week (12 Total workouts)
Movement Screening
Three InBody scans to measure the amount of muscle gained, the amount of fat lost, and much more
We are here to teach, motivate, and guide you to make the healthy choices that will develop a healthy lifestyle.
If you are not a member to our gym you are required to buy the $5 day pass at our front desk before your workout.
